Evolution of chatbots, voice bots and end to end process automation.Dr. Shivani a thought leader in analytics and AI with two decades of experience in global diversified delivery, innovation and business development. She is an expert in Cognitive Computing, Machine Learning and AI driven automation. She has experience in Banking, CPG, Retail, BPO and ITO industries. Working with unstructured data like voice, image, document and video is her current passion and was instrumental to develop many new solutions using AI. Shivani is leading AI COE in Reliance Jio for multiple vertices. In her prior role, she was leading the Data Science & AI competency for Financial Services @ Capgemini, APAC. Prior to Capgemini, Shivani has worked in Multinational corporations like HP , HSBC, Fiserv, Mphasis, & Mindtree, where she was leading the analytics delivery and innovation centers for US, Costa Rica and India, prior to her corporate experience she was teaching @ IIM Indore. She holds a PhD (Design of experiment) from Indore and Hiroshima University and currently is on the board of directors for data science in NMIMS.
