Monday, 18 Jan, 5:30 AM – 6:30 AM
DESCRIPTION
When was the last time you reached out to a public library for a class visit? Did you know that some libraries have librarians dedicated to support newcomer services? Libraries are more than just books – although those are very valuable, too.
Public libraries are hubs for information and support. While the pandemic has changed how libraries provide these, there is still so much available.
AGENDA / DISCUSSION TOPICS
This webinar will explore ways public libraries can still support educators and learners during the pandemic through:
– Virtual programming,
– online resources, and
– library visit alternatives.
